All our products are shipped out between 1 – 14 working days depending on the products and location. In situations beyond Shoplyguy’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Shoplyguys will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will call your for the new product.
Refund service available when order is cancelled from our side due to some issue with order. Note only we are able to cancel and initiate refund
Refund Process may take 10-14 days to credit into your account you will get update from razorpay team like RRN number and Refund id on your email id.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. If the Order is shipped and on the way, and the order is cancelled, the money will be refunded once the order is back to our office and after deducting shipping charges.
